Q? – HOW DOES ONE GET ON THE WAITING LIST?
A. – If a category is full, simply fill out an online registration and pay your $50 deposit and that will automatically put you on the waiting list. The deposit is usually non-refundable but in this case it will be refunded if your child does not get in. We usually have a handful of campers who have to cancel throughout the year so we are often able to accept campers on the waiting list.
Q? – WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
A. – We will refund your $50 deposit only if you apply and there are no more openings. If you have registered and then cancel, your $50 deposit goes into our scholarship fund to help those with needs to be able to attend.
Any additional payments (above the $50 deposit) will be refunded if the camper cancels before May 15th. If a cancellation occurs after that time, all payments are forfeited and put in our scholarship fund.
Q? – DO YOU OFFER GROUP DISCOUNTS?
A. – Sorry, but our rates are already steeply discounted (about one 1/4 the normal summer camp rate).
Q? – WHEN WILL I HAVE TO MAKE FINAL PAYMENT?
A. – In addition to your $50 deposit we require a $150 payment by January 15 and final payment is due May 1. Payments are made through Paypal on our website.
Q? – WHAT IS THE SCHEDULE LIKE?
A. – On a typical camp day this would be the schedule:
8:30a – 9:45a Breakfast buffet is open
10:00a – noon Open activity time at field
1:00p – 5:00p Offsite adventures
7:00p – 9:00pm Evening Events
9:00p – 10:00p Snacks and Real Talk Discussions
10:00p – 11:30p Cabin time
